Shipping Methods

We deliver all over Lebanon. Worldwide shipping is coming soon but still available upon request. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfectly.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Standard Shipping (Lebanon) - Delivery in 3 - 5 business days.

Express Shipping (Lebanon) - Need your unique pieces faster? Reach out for further assistance.

International Shipping - Coming soon! And when it does: delivery will take 7-14 business days, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Return Policy

Since we believe in reusing, zero waste, and sustainable slow fashion, we would gladly allow returns to happen but under certain conditions:

At ENERJAZE, every piece is produced in small quantities and many items are one-of-one, using upcycled, deadstock, or limited fabrics. Because of this, we currently do not offer refunds.

What we do offer is the following:

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for any shipping or delivery costs related to exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error from our side.

Depending on stock availability, exchanges may be made

for: - another item, - another variation, - or store credit.

The ENERJAZE Rework Program

Don’t wear your ENERJAZE piece anymore? Don’t throw it away.

We gladly accept old ENERJAZE items back to be reworked, repurposed, or transformed into future creations.

Customers who return an old ENERJAZE piece may receive a discount on a future purchase, depending on the condition and type of item returned.

Because we believe good pieces should keep evolving — not end up as waste.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with photos of the issue.

In these cases, ENERJAZE will cover the exchange or replacement process.
